This estate is a proposal for a new development between prefabricated buildings in a typical residential section of Lodz. Due to its location, its buildings are quite intense. The building complex has a three-story underground garage, and the entire ground floor consists of service and commercial facilities. The height of the complex is 17 stories and is slightly higher than the usually 9-11 story buildings surrounding it. The apartments have quite large balconies or loggias and the whole design is kept simple.
