MUSEUM OF THE CITY OF LODZ

Winning the competition for the reconstruction of the Museum of the city of Lodz was one of the most prestigious achievements in my career. The museum is located in the most famous landmark in Lodz, the Poznanski Palace. Like many other valuable monuments, the Palace shared the fate of communist rule for many years. Fortunately, some of it's rooms are revitalized and made available to the public. The project included part of the exhibition halls, reception, training and conference rooms. During the construction, we discovered old rails used to deliver goods to the palace which we decided to displey under a glass floor.
