BOTANICA APARTMENTS

This green, ecological housing estate has been designed in the vicinity of parks, including botanical, and the zoo by the river at one of the main exit routes from Lodz, Poland. The idea of the project was maximum isolation from Konstantynowska Street and opening the block to the patio and park. The southern buildings are lower, which allows the sun's rays to reach to the interior patio even in winter. On the outside, the façades are calm, relatively neutral, while on the inside deep loggias are provided, fragmenting the massiveness of the buildings and hence forming a more intimate climate of the development.
